How do I determine which KBS shaft is right for my swing?
We recommend using our online Fit System or visiting an authorized KBS dealer for a professional fitting. Factors such as swing speed, tempo, and desired launch angle are critical in selecting the perfect shaft profile.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for KBS orders?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping varies by destination and customs processing.
Are KBS shafts covered by a warranty?
Yes, KBS offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, normal wear and tear, or accidental breakage during play.
Can I return or exchange a shaft after it has been installed?
No, we only accept returns on shafts that are in new, un-cut, and uninstalled condition within 30 days of purchase. Once a shaft has been gripped or installed into a club head, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer custom laser etching or personalization?
Custom etching is available on select models through our KBS Custom Lab. Please check the product page for availability and allow additional lead time for personalized orders.
